<p>We&#8217;re also happy to announce industry benchmarking as the first new feature available to those who opt to share their data. Â <strong>Benchmarking lets you compare your metrics against industry verticals.</strong></p>
<p>To enable this optional new feature, an administrator on your account will need to make the following selections on the Google Analytics data sharing settings page:</p>
<p>1. Log into your account. Â You&#8217;ll see the yellow data sharing settings box on the Analytics Settings page.</p>
<p>2. Click the &#8220;More data sharing options&#8221; link within the yellow box.</p>
<p>3. Select the second checkbox to specify that you want to share your data &#8220;Anonymously with Google products and the benchmarking service&#8221;. Â You can also choose to share your data &#8220;With Google products only&#8221; to take advantage of advanced Google advertising products and services as they become available.</p>
<p>The industry benchmarking feature is currently in beta. Once you have enabled benchmarking, it may take up to two weeks before the categorized, aggregated and anonymized benchmarking data shows up in your report.</em></p>

<p>Google a facut un nou update de PR. Astfel, bloguri care au vandut linkuri au acum PR 0.</p>
<p>Este cazul meu cu un blog extrem de autoritar (linkuri de pe about.com si cel putin 5 digg-uri front page).</p>
<p>Avand in vedere ca nu doresc sa risc o penalizare mai mare am exclus linkurile vandute prin sistemul text-link-ads.</p>
<p>Acesta este procesul in caz ca vrei sa-ti recuperezi PR-ul.</p>

<p>Am aplicat cu blogul. Acolo te obliga sa bifezi ca DA ai gresit si Google stie bine ce a facut si eventual sa lasi un comentariu in care sa explici greseala.<br />
Acesta este comentariul pe care l-am lasat:</p>

<p>Am apelat la &#8220;reconsideration&#8221; din simplul motiv ca nu doresc o penalizare mai mare. Avand in vedere ca pagini de PR5, PR4 si asa mai departe au fost reduse complet la PR0. Nu cred in page rank dar cred in existenta posibilitatii unor masuri mai drastice. De aceea pentru siguranta prefer sa astept si sa observ daca vor mai exista si alte miscari.</p>

<p>S-a tot <a href="http://www.blog20.ro/2007/10/25/google-trece-la-atac-si-da-gres-n-stil-mare.html" class="liexternal">vorbit</a> despre update-ul de <a href="http://www.dlpetcu.ro/stiri/google-pr-update/" class="liexternal">PR</a> care a <a href="http://www.zvoner.ro/apocalypse-now-zeul-google-da-cu-trasnete-in-retelele-de-bloguri/" class="liexternal">avut</a> <a href="http://blogsearch.google.com/blogsearch?num=10&#038;hl=en&#038;ctz=-120&#038;c2coff=1&#038;as_epq=&#038;as_oq=&#038;as_eq=&#038;as_drrb=q&#038;as_qdr=m&#038;as_mind=1&#038;as_minm=1&#038;as_miny=2000&#038;as_maxd=10&#038;as_maxm=11&#038;as_maxy=2007&#038;lr=lang_ro&#038;safe=active&#038;q=page+rank&#038;ie=UTF-8&#038;sa=N&#038;start=10" class="liexternal">loc</a>. </p>
<p>Parerile care s-au emis atunci le puteti citi in linkurile furnizate mai sus. </p>
<p><strong>Tinta au fost siteurile care vand linkuri.</strong> Intr-adevar acestea au fost penalizate cu sansa ca siteuri care nu vand linkuri sa fie si ele nimerite si cu riscul ca altele care vand linkuri sa scape filtrelor. De aceea Google a fost nevoit sa scada importanta factorului numit Page Rank din algoritmul pentru ranking (IMHO).</p>
<p>Cert este ca blogurile (cel putin ale mele) nu au pierdut si nu au cazut din SERPS (rezultalte cautarii). Absolut nimic nu s-a intamplat in modul in care ele apar in rezultate. De aici concluzia ca acest update a avut ca scop sa sperie pe cei care vand linkuri.</p>
<p>Ce inseamna acest lucru? PR-ul nu mai este un factor concludent cum de altfel nici nu mai era de foarte mult timp.</p>
<p>In acelasi timp ambitia lui Google de a opri vanzarea de linkuri este hilara si prosteasca. Motivul pentru care vor sa faca acest lucru este ca ei considera ca fiind o manipulare si o crestere nenaturala a websiteurilor care cumpara linkuri in SERPS. </p>
<p>Ceea ce ei vor sa impuna ar semana cu o situatie in care un stat ar impune companiilor, care isi permit sa achizitioneze spatiu publicitar in media, oudoor si indoor sa nu faca acest lucru deoarce vor manipula deciziile de cumparere a cumparatorilor.</p>
<p><strong>Cumpararea de linkuri in scopuri de SEM (search engine marketing) exista de ani buni si clar va exista in continuare.</strong> Daca Google a ajuns no. 1 motor de cautare din lume cu aceasta tehnica care exista de cand probabil exista si Google de ce oare insista acum s-o scoata din &#8220;legalitate&#8221;?</p>
<p>Nu este vorba ca era un mare secret pe care acum l-au aflat toti si rezultatele au devenit irelevante.</p>
<p>Concluzia personala este urmatoarea: <strong>update-ul de PR (page rank) a fost un eveniment de PR (public relations)</strong> intr-un sens &#8220;de speriat&#8221; pentru cei care vand linkuri si pentru cei care vor sa cumpere linkuri. Trust Rank-ul siteurilor nu a fost afectat. Un PR care a scos la iveala coltii lui Google. Ceea ce, inca o data, subliniaza nevoia unui marketing complet (integral) si riscurile care exista cand depinzi de un singur &#8220;partener de afaceri&#8221; si ai ouale doar intr-un cos.</p>

<p>Cand te duci cu mouse-ul pe rezultat, in bara de status a browserului iti va aparea linkul normal pe care esti cu mouseul. Dar in realitate nu acesta este linkul pe care vei da click.<br />

<p>Ce se intampla de fapt? Clickul tau este inregistrat de un script. Putem observa cu siguranta urmatoarele:<br />

cd = 1 reprezinta pozitia.</p>
<p>Acest tracking are loc cand esti logat in contul tau de Google pentru imbunatatirea rezultatelor oferite.</p>
<p>Ce inseamna acest lucru pentru cineva care face seo/marketing online? <strong>Titlul si descrierea ta trebuie sa vanda.</strong> Trebuie sa atraga clickuri. Cu cat vei avea mai multe clickuri (chiar daca esti pe pozitia 3 sau 5) cu atat mai bine. Acest lucru ii transmite lui Google ca siteul acesta este de calitate si il va urca in top. Deci nu mai este suficient un titlu si o descriere plina de cuvinte cheie.</p>
<p>Interpretarile si exploatarile pot fi nenumarate dar un singur lucru este important: gandeste-te la vizitatorul tau deoarece Google stie tot ce face (si daca inca nu stie tot, depune eforturi materiale si finaciare sa stie). Daca vizitatorului nu-i place de tine, nici Google nu te va placea sooner or later.</p>
